Workshop collection


1- Collection methods and deadlines

Orders placed through our website can be collected free of charge from our workshop by appointment.

Once the order has been placed and validated, the customer will be informed by email or telephone when it is ready to arrange an appointment that suits both parties.

Depending on the type of product and the volume of orders, preparation can sometimes be done the same day or require a few days of manufacturing.

2- Identification and confirmation of the order if requested

- Present proof of purchase or order number.
- Provide valid identification (ID card, driver's license, etc.)
- Present the bank card used for the purchase.
- Sign an acknowledgment of receipt.

If these requirements are not met, the collection cannot be completed.


3- Problem during collection

It is the customer's responsibility to check the products and provide adequate and safe transportation.

If the customer notices a problem during collection (missing, damaged, or incorrect product), they must inform us immediately. We will then take the necessary steps to resolve the situation, such as a replacement or refund, depending on the nature of the problem.

4- Storage costs

A storage fee of $50 per week may be applied if the order is not picked up within 30 days of availability notification.
