Return and Replacement of Damaged Items

We would like to inform you that according to our policy, we do not accept any return of products from your order. However, if the item you received is damaged due to shipping, please contact us immediately.

All of our items are insured by the carrier, which means we can handle claims for damaged items. To obtain a replacement of the damaged item, please follow the following procedure:

  • Take clear photos of the damaged item as well as the outer packaging.
  • Contact our customer service within [specified time, for example, 48 hours] after receiving the order.
  • Provide us with photos of the damaged item as well as your order details.

We will work closely with the carrier to resolve the issue and provide you with a damaged item replacement as soon as possible, at no extra cost to you.
